DDIC and SAP* too shows that the table T000 is not present in Tnx: SM30 and Se11. However we are able to logged in with the client. We too believe may be some way the security team has put some restrictions on that table. But the data on Quality is restore and recovered from Production and in Production there is no restrictions on that table. EVen in Quality the security team denies any restriction.
We have asked them to upload the user master back in Quality that was there before the refresh. May be after that we will check again.
