you missed it that CH_A, CH_B, CH_C, CH_D all are characteristics as per first line from kevin. So there is no Key figures in this scenario. It is not directly workable the way you explained it.

As explained above you need to follow as:

1) First create your formula variables to get your key figures in place (Number of days).

2) Use those formula variables (difference) to get CKFs.

2) Then Restrict these  CKFs with your char values like ZA001.
