Your questions are not clear. Still I will try to answer your questions based on what I understood...

1." With out Planning strategy of material master item " not allowed in MD61, what is the way of fixing the error message in SPRO.

If you do not want to maintain planning strategy in material master, then you can maintain in MRP area settings or MRP plant parameters (OPPQ)  settings in SPRO.

2. With out batch no process order not saved ,if any standard way of error Message fixing possible in SPRO  ( or ) any standard enhancement is their.

what is the issue here ? even if you do not assign the batch in the production order system will allow to save the order..clearly mention your issue...
