Contents not Visible in Alert Inbox

Hi All,

 

I have configured alerts in our PI system and i could see that the alert is getting triggered and it reaches Alert Inbox in RWB.

 

When i see the contents of the message in that alert i could see none of the values are present.

 

Below is the long description I get, but i have maintained all container values in ALRTCATDEF in the concerned alert category and have specified the element names within &Element_Name&

Message ID:<BR><BR>Sender Details:<BR>--------------------<BR>Sender Service :<BR>Sender Namespace :<BR>Sender Interface :<BR><BR>Receiver Details:<BR>----------------------<BR><BR>Receiver Service :<BR>Receiver Namespace :<BR>Receiver Interface : SXMS_TO_INTERFACE<BR>Adapter Type :<BR>Error Message in Adapter :


Am i missing something here. Kindly guide me.
