Problem with export Dashboard to Powerpoint

Hi,

I used to export dashboard to PP without problem.   Normally a blank page with a cross X displayed in PP, then I display the PP with Side Show mode to view the dashboard in PP.

Today, I did the same steps and the X page displayed for a few seconds and disappeared (left a blank page).
I tried to display the PP Slide Show, I only saw a blank page.

Any of you having the same problem?   I have Xcelsius Dashboards version 4.1 and Office 2013
