Hi
- Ensure you have the correct DB Type selected under the Login options.
- Verify that all connection information is correct (for example, the correct user name and password or the user has enough right to connect to the database server in case Windows Authentication is used).
- Check whether the database is running properly, make sure that the COMMON and company databases are not suspended or stopped.
- Ensure there is no DI API version mismatch
You can perform the following steps to solve the problem:
- Uninstall and reinstall the DI API.
For more information, see SAP Note 814163.
Use the same DI API version as your SAP Business One server.
- Make sure the observer dll files downloaded to the temporary folder are up-to-date.
From the Windows Start menu, choose Run, enter %temp%, and press Enter.
The temporary folder opens, according to the current Windows environment settings.
Locate the SM_OBS_DLL folder and rename it.
- Restart DTW, and connect to the database again.
Regards
